Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr Thongloun Sisoulith yesterday expressed concern that major roads to be used by delegates to the 9th Asia-Europe Meeting (ASEM) Summit in November were not in a suitable condition. He and his inspection team spent almost two hours touring the roads to be used for transporting the visiting dignitaries around Vientiane. The first road they looked at ran from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Wattay International Airport, after which the group went to the new villas where heads of state and government and other dignitaries attending the Summit will stay,
